This section is where we will list some of the games we like.

Free First Person Shooters

1.) Urban Terror -  FREE - This is an excellent first person shooter that is similar to counterstrike in my opinion.. military oriented.

2.) Nexuiz - FREE - This is a very fast paced first person shooter that has more modern weapons.

3.) Tremulous -  FREE - An interesting first person that pits humans vs aliens.. you can level and buy weapons depending on the side.

4.) Castle Wolfenstein Enemy Territory - FREE - A "class based" first person shooter germany style

5.) True Combat Elite -  FREE - A Modification built on Castle Wolfenstein (download the game above first)

6.) F.E.A.R. Combat engine - FREE - with 1.08 patch

7.) America's Army - FREE - You need to download it via STEAM but STEAM is free also.

Kinda Free First Person Shooters - must have a Nvidia or ATI card and sign up for a free steam acct (like America's Army)

Half Life Mods
Insurgency - Free Half Life Game Modification - Iraqi style
Age of Chivalry - Free Half Life Game Mod - D&D Style

Unique

1.) Savage 2 - FREE - One player plays a game similar to warcraft and is the commander.  then the other players play a first person shooter/slasher with charectors that can level up.  2 sides with multiple classes on each side and some classes are not availible until the commander builds certain buildings which has to do with the mines that he builds on the lands the other players maintain control of.  If you have not tried this game... you should.

Mechs and Ships

1.) Mechwarrior 4 - OLD but not free - You pilot a mech and can modify it etc... this is a very fun game if you can get your hands on a copy and you apply the patches and community based add-ons.
     a.) Install game
     b.) Download the PR1 patch and install it
     c.) Download Mektek add-on 3.02a and install it
     d.) Download Mektek add-on patch to 3.02b and install it
     e.) Download the Mechstorm High Definition Patch and install it
     f.) Use the Mekmatch server switcher to edit your registry

2.) Homeworld - OLD but not free 

Real Time Strategy

1.) Age of Mythology - OLD but not free - with or without Titans pack - kind of like age of empires but with a mythical twist.

Role Playing

1.) Dungeon Siege II - not free - it's like a mix between Diablo and Morrowind.. simple class mechanics and multi-player like Diablo but a moderate amount of questing to make it more like Morrowind.
